ISSLR Research Bibliography

Maintenance of a comprehensive up-to-date bibliography of salt lake research is one of ISSLR's  goals.  The ISSLR research bibliography currently contains ~8000 entries with 20-30 new entries added per month.

We are interested in citations from lesser known journals, reports, and meeting proceedings in which much of saline lake research is reported.  To accomplish this will require the efforts of all our members.

Please consider supplying references on a regular basis.

The ISSLR research bibliography includes citations of journal articles, books, book chapters, meeting abstracts, and reports related to any aspect of saline lakes.

Access

The bibliography is maintained in EndNote bibliographic software.  

1) Web-browser search:  Members may search the database online by going to the Search sub-heading.  Once transferred to the WMRS web site page, select the ISSLR database and enter your query.  Note that to retrieve all the entries for a given query you must select indexed and non-indexed fields.

2) EndNote or Other bibliographic software:  Web-based searching only provides limited functionality.  For increased functionality and a full suite of features, members should import the database library into their own EndNote or other bibliographic software.  To facilitate this, we have posted the files for download in three different formats (EndNote, RIS, Text) in the Download directory.
